The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for Linjateräs Oy as we celebrate 60 years as a trusted partner for Finnish industry. Founded in 1965 as a family-owned business, Linjateräs has grown from a small powder coating workshop into a service company employing nearly 60 professionals. We have transformed powder coating into a service available with a three-day delivery time, revolutionizing the industry’s perception of quality. Over the decades, we have continuously developed our technology, invested in environmentally friendly solutions, and focused on customer service that meets today’s high standards.
In 2024, we were honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year in Pirkanmaa award, and at the turn of 2023 and 2024, we inaugurated our new service facility. More investments and an expanded service offering are on the horizon – all to benefit our customers.
Decades of Growth
Linjateräs Oy’s journey began as a family-owned company manufacturing telephone line accessories, but by the late 1960s, our focus had shifted strongly to powder coating. In the 1970s, we launched our first automated painting line. Industry advancements and increasing customer quality demands created the need to modernize production, and Linjateräs rose to the challenge. Today, we are recognized as industry pioneers, offering services that combine cutting-edge technology with sustainable development principles.

Anniversary Year Kicked Off with Ilves at Nokia Arena
To mark our 60-year journey, Linjateräs launched its anniversary celebrations on January 25, 2025, with a spectacular event in collaboration with Tampere’s Ilves. Linjateräs was the match sponsor at Nokia Arena, making the evening a tribute to our long-standing partnership and the company’s successful history.
